Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Advanced Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service. As an Advanced Esthetician, you will be responsible for performing various skincare treatments such as facial lasers, hair removal or microneedling, promoting products, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for clients. Your expertise in upselling services and products will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, waxing, and body treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment in accordance with health regulations.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client experience.
- Manage client appointments and maintain accurate records of services provided.
- Provide expert advice on skincare routines and product usage tailored to individual client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Assist in social media management by sharing before-and-after photos or promoting special offers.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere for both clients and staff.
Requirements
- Valid esthetician license as required by state regulations.
- Proven experience in providing skincare services
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell services and retail products effectively.
- Knowledge of hair extensions, tattooing, or other beauty-related skills is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas.
