Posh Medical represents over three decades of beauty industry excellence in Northern Nevada. The practice was established in 2009 as Posh Salon & Spa, taking over the former location of Genesis Medical Spa at 250 Crummer Lane in Reno. The business maintains deep roots in the community through its connection to Genesis Salon & Spa, which the same owners operated since the early 1990s. This evolution from Genesis to Posh demonstrates a commitment to growth while preserving the trusted relationships and expertise built over 30+ years.
Owner Mary Petrilena, originally from Gardnerville, Nevada, settled in Reno to build what would become one of Nevada’s most respected medical aesthetics practices. Under her leadership, Posh has achieved recognition as one of Nevada’s TOP 10 Allergan accounts, indicating exceptional expertise and volume in injectable treatments. Mary’s philosophy centers on empowering her team to do what they love while making clients feel beautiful. When not leading the practice, she enjoys camping and cooking, maintaining the down-to-earth approach that characterizes Posh’s client relationships.
