DiamondGlow is a non-invasive dermabrasion facial that uses a diamond-tipped handpiece to exfoliate dead skin cells, extract debris from pores, and infuse customized medical-grade serums deep into the skin at the same time. DiamondGlow is safe for most skin types and tones, including sensitive skin. It is a great option for patients who want visible improvement without downtime. It may not be appropriate if you have active cold sores, open wounds, sunburned skin, or active skin infections. Treatment should be postponed if you have active cold sores, broken or irritated skin, severe rosacea flare, or recent aggressive resurfacing treatments. Patients using certain topical or oral medications may need to wait before treatment. A full skin and medical review is performed prior to your appointment.

There is minimal preparation required. We recommend avoiding aggressive exfoliation, retinoids, or chemical peels for several days prior to treatment. Arrive with clean skin if possible. We will perform a skin analysis and choose the appropriate diamond tip and serum for your goals.

The DiamondGlow Express treatment takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes. If you would like to add in a dermaplane, LED lights, and a mask treatment, it may take up to 1 hour and 30 minutes. You will feel a light exfoliating sensation with gentle suction. Most patients describe it as comfortable and relaxing. There is no need for numbing cream. The procedure is efficient and easy to fit into a busy schedule.

Immediately after treatment, your skin will look brighter, smoother, and more hydrated. Mild redness may occur and typically resolves within a few hours. There is no downtime. We recommend avoiding makeup for 24 hours when possible and wearing daily SPF to protect your refreshed skin.

Results are visible immediately, with continued improvements over the next 72 hours as the infused serums remain active in the skin. Effects typically last four to six weeks. With a series of treatments, improvements in tone, texture, and clarity become more noticeable and longer lasting.
