    We’re conveniently located at 250 Crummer Lane, Reno, NV 89502. Our facility features spacious, abundant parking right on-site, making your visit stress-free from the moment you arrive. Whether you’re coming from downtown Reno or the surrounding areas, you’ll find us easily accessible with plenty of convenient parking available.

  • What are your hours of operation?

    We’re here to serve you Monday through Saturday:

    • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
    • Saturday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
    • Sunday: Closed

    We understand that life gets busy, which is why we offer flexible scheduling throughout the week and Saturday availability to accommodate your schedule.

    Booking your appointment at Posh Medical is easy and convenient! You have several options:

  • Do I need a consultation before booking a treatment?

    For many of our treatments, yes—and we highly recommend it! Consultations allow us to assess your unique needs, discuss your goals, answer all your questions, and create a personalized treatment plan just for you. Services like injectables, body contouring treatments like CoolSculpting®, and advanced skincare procedures typically require an initial consultation. However, services like facials, waxing, and some spa treatments can often be booked directly. When you call to schedule, our team will let you know if a consultation is recommended for your desired treatment.

  • Are you accepting new patients?

    Absolutely! We’re always excited to welcome new members to the Posh family. Whether you’re new to medical aesthetics or simply new to our practice, we’re here to guide you through every step of your beauty journey with expert care and personalized attention.

  • What should I expect during my first visit?

    Your first visit to Posh Medical is designed to be welcoming, informative, and comfortable. From the moment you walk through our doors, you’ll experience what makes us different. Our private waiting lounge offers complimentary beverages including flavored sparkling water, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate while you relax in our spa-like setting.

    During your consultation or treatment, our expert team—led by Medical Director Amanda  Truitt and our experienced nurse injectors and aestheticians—will take time to listen to your concerns, thoroughly explain each step of any procedure, and ensure you feel completely comfortable and informed. We pride ourselves on education, so you’ll never feel rushed and always understand exactly what to expect. Many first-time visitors tell us they felt instantly at ease thanks to our compassionate, professional approach.

  • What should I bring to my first appointment?

    Please bring a valid ID and your payment method. If you’re coming for a specific treatment, we recommend arriving with clean skin (no makeup if possible for facial treatments) and wearing comfortable clothing. For certain treatments like CoolSculpting® or body services, you may want to wear loose, comfortable clothing. Our team will provide specific preparation instructions when you book your appointment.

    Yes! While we love seeing you for treatments, you’re always welcome to visit us just to purchase skincare products.     • Medical Professionals: Medical Director and Nurse Practitioner Amanda Truitt provides all types of treatments at Posh, and Laci Lough, RN, provides all injectables and microneedling needs. Both offer complimentary consultations.

  • What is your cancellation policy?
