Prepare for Treatment

To ensure the best results and minimize potential side effects, please follow these guidelines before your laser hair removal treatment:

Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning (including self-tanners) for two weeks prior to treatment.
Discontinue retinoids, exfoliating acids, and harsh skincare products at least five days before treatment.
Shave the treatment area within 24 hours before your appointment. Do not wax, tweeze, or use depilatory creams.
Do not apply lotions, deodorants, or creams to the treatment area before your session.
Inform your provider if you have a history of herpes simplex virus (cold sores) or skin conditions in the treatment area.
Ensure that you are not pregnant or nursing, as laser hair removal is not recommended during this time.
